Sorry for the bother. After some tests I have discovered that were the tool that I have used to sign the zip to cause the problem and not 7-Zip.

7za (7-Zip (a) [32] 16.04) With "7za t archive.zip" it report that "Everything is Ok".

It isn't encrypted, I create the archive in this way: 7za a -y -bd -tzip "archive.zip" *

Is it possible to add an option to 7za.exe to create a zip with an "old syle" zip payload? Specifically I need to create a zip compatible with an old version of the busybox unzip command. Zip files created now show this error on extraction: zip flags 1 and 8 are not supported. Looking on the net I have found the code responsible for the error: if (zip_header.formatted.zip_flags & SWAP_LE16(0x0009)) { bb_error_msg_and_die("zip flags 1 and 8 are not supported"); }
