IPv6 discovery didn't work with OpenSLP-2.0.0 which is also intended to be IPv6 ready!

patch.1804402_IPv6_ready_SLP.2.txt.gz corrects an SA message caching bug. And avoids the UA to initiate TCP connection to link-local IPv6 addresses (it didn't work on my Linux box).
