Support more/different bindings

ServiceProxy fails on http://www.abundanttech.com/webservices/bnprice/bnprice.wsdl

ValueError: Unsupported binding type.

We have a pretty old wish in the Debian bugtracker to support this, I'm forwading it therefore.
