mod_auth_kerb does not compile against Apache 2.2.
This is because the code uses deprected APR calls
that is no longer available in Apache 2.2. This patch
replaces the obsolete APR calls.

The patch is against mod_auth_kerb-5.0rc6

As of version 5.1 the module compiles with apache 1.3, 2.0
and 2.2. Thanks for your contribution.
