When switching page, scroll top right if swapped

It's a slow-arse old process to scroll up and down each
double page. If you could perhaps make Shift+Up
function as a 'Top of the page.' hotkey, it'd be nifty.
Shift+Down could be 'Bottom' too but there might not
be so much of a point as that. Also, as a side
suggestion (as I just thought of it), when reading
scanlations, it might be nifty to have an option for
page alignment, so one can tick an option for the page
to start at the right, rather than the left.
