If you consider to report a problem don't forget to include information about:

• The operating system/distribution used
• Which binary package installed or when compiled by hand which configure flags where passed. Attaching config.status/config.log might help.
• How did you setup IceWM. Attaching your preferences file might help.

If you are reporting a crash it's essention to provide a backtrace. Preferable for an unstriped version. Backtraces are created by running gdb $PATH_TO_THE_CRASHING_BINARY core. If your system doesn't create coredumps might might enable it by calling ulimit -c. In bash see help ulimit for details.
