GPSBabelWrapper allows the rest of us to use rich functionality of GPSBabel via familiar Windows interface. It only builds a command line and calls GPSBabel.

GPSBabelWrapper is similar in goals to Gebabbel and to the standard GPSBabelGUI.exe
