The FHS expects mandir to be /usr/share/man not /usr/man.
I can't see where the Makefile (automake or autoconf
infiles) is broken.
This fixes the rpm spec file instead.

It's autoconf that is broken, still using old paths,
probably for compatibility reasons.

Switched the version in CVS to use the %configure and
%makeinstall macros, which override all the autoconf paths
with rpm's defaults.
