swatch internet time

hello there,

this little patch makes clock tooltip show also the swatch internet time.

i hope someone will like this :)

i was wondering to make internet time show also directly on the taskbar but then i realized i have to use a new pixmap "@" and there is no theme on the net containing this character...

so that sucks...
