manual.pdf has wrong permissions

Hello,

the file PyOpenGL-2.0.0.44/OpenGL/doc/manual.pdf from
the PyOpenGL-2.0.0.44.tar.gz archive has the
executable bit set:

This makes no sense, because manual.pdf is a data
file, not an executable. So the execute bit should
be removed from the file in the archive.
