Resource Tag displaying as Unknown for some of the blades

Remove 10 or more blades from the C700 Enclosure and reinsert them all quickly. For some of the the blades which are reinserted will have the resource tag as unknown.
This issue is seen frequently.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Remove the 10 or more blades from OA and reinsert all blades quickly.
2. Run the hpiinv or hpi_shell>inv
