#1637 IDR custom field types needs to be visible

Right now there are custom fields in several plugins which are all reported as NULL in the clients output (hpitree, hpitop etc). Only the standard values of SaHpi.h are mapped to a string. We need a way to report the custom fields also. Could we add it to the utils/sahpi_enum_utils.c?

    Suggest the following way:
    o) Move this ticket to the "Feature Requests" tracker
    o) Define new field types in include/SaHpiOaSoap.h
    (or any relevant include files for the plug-ins)
    o) Use the same approach as for xTCA additional entity types:
    - see oh_lookup_entitytype in utils/sahpi_enum_utils.c and utils/sahpixtca_enum_utils.{c,h}
    - i.e. create sahpiXXX_enum_utils and extend oh_lookup_idrfieldtype function.

    Thanks a lot for the suggestions. Instead of closing this bug I am making it a C-Class plugin bug and assigning it to myself.
