user can mix up default ctrl mode and current control mode

When entering control block hpi_shell shows the following output:

Default: ON
----------------------------------------------------------------
The "Mode: AUTO" line actually means that the Default Control Mode is AUTO.
For current control mode one has to execute "state" subcommand.
It is confusing.
