#3 show/hide keyboard parameters when starting florence
I use florence in the non auto hide mode, but it would be useful to be able to tell florence to start with the keyboard hidden for example, perhaps both as a configuration option, but mostly having the ability to specify it when launching florence.
Currently I have made a quick hack in the code, to allow this (the keyboard shows on start but is quickly hidden).
