incorrect GIMPACT trimesh collisions

When build with GIMPACT as trimesh colliders, some generated contacts are incorrect if the trimesh geom orientation is axis aligned, that is, the trimesh has identity rotation or at least one local axis aligned with the world axis.

This occurs with capsule-trimesh and trimesh-trimesh, and possibly other primitives but not rays.
