Locale problem fixed (LC_NUMERIC)

Hi,

I had a problem with version v0.8.55 with the
LC_NUMERIC locale.

My computer is: x86_64
Distribution: SuSE 10.1
wxGTK version: 2.6.2.1

After moving the locale call from the constructor to
the init function, the locale problem was fixed.

Don't know why.
