#6 track "age" of application
Keep track of the last time an agent/company was
actualy contacted and spoken to allowing you to actualy
see the real age of an application rather than when you
last checked it. This could also be tied into an automated
closure of jobs that you have had no real contact with
the agent for over a month unless you have specificaly
marked them to keep open.
