#26 Feature: Indication of Disconnection
Whenever a user is disconnected involuntarily (kick
or server goes down), there is no visual feedback
to show the user has been disconnected.
All the windows should go blank, at the least (as
when the user voluntarily disconnects from the
server). A message window to indicate that the
user was disconnected (and who kicked, if
possible), or that the server went down.

Whenever a user is disconnected involuntarily, this
disconnect is detected and users window and tasks are killed
and appropriate windows are retitled and it says you are
disconnected in chat as the same disconnect function is
used. I have added a "You have been disconnected." dialog in
case of involuntary disconnect as in Hotline Client 1.2.3
