Menu > System admin > General rules > System rule > System translation check,
active tab "field translation", use the list mode, and now click on the checkboxs of column "translated" from top to bottom, one by one. After click about 15 times, the client stops, you cannot select/de-select the checkbox now.

forget to tell, database uses PostgreSQL. Didn't test oracle database.

Hi Joe, thanks for reporting.

Detected and fixed a connection leak in swing grid mode.
Fixed in branches globalqss adempiere361
