File menu items (open, print etc) need ellipses

As I understand it, menu items which open a dialog should be suffixed with ellipses (...). In the "File" menu of SciDAVis, there are several options which do not follow this convention. For example, "Open" should actually be "Open..."

Other offending items include "Print" and "Export ASCII".
