Preload wiki links

From publication, author, series, publisher, and other ISFDB record pages
we have automatic links to the ISFDB wiki. When a user clicks on one of these and the page does not yet exist, the user sees an empty edit box. The preload feature can be used to automatically add a standardized header or skeleton template or boilerplate. We now have header templates for most of the page types, and the rest will come soon.

Please add the appropriate preload attribute to help users to put useful headers or skeletons on such newly created pages. An example URL is below.
