Remember last copy/move to -folder

When using copy/move to -features it saves lots of time when the last used folder is selected in the folder selection dialog. Then user does not need to browse the same drives and folders open over and over again. As it is likely the next target folder is the same or nearby folder.

This patch adds this feature, remembering the last used target folder. The folder is NOT saved to the registry. So for the first operation in an instance it always shows the desktop folder as initial selection.
