#144 Style attachments table in send.php
This patch styles the attachments table in send.php:
* Use <th> for header cells
* Remove unnecessary CSS classes
* Write "bytes" behind the value and not in the header cell
* Make the width to "auto" and not to 100%
* Use background colors and borders

No problem! :)
It's just force of habit. In the SF.net project WinMerge, where I also be active, I submit changes first as patch and the project leader give his OK (or NOT! *fg*) and the I commit the changes.
