Persian translation reviewed by me.
I also changed some characters so that the text displays correctly. (the encoding is still incorrect for Persian language)
The encoding should be UTF-8/Unicode which kichik told me is not supported in NSIS yet.
I would be happy to provide the translation in correct encoding whenever possbile.
