#573 LicenseForceSelection validation check can be easily skipped

Hi,

I noticed that, if an installer displays the license page with the LicenseForceSelection on, just pressing the Enter key made the LicenseForceSelection validation process skipped.

The attached file, based on example1.nsi is an example script.
