nsExec:ExecToLog is unstable in silent mode

The attached script exhibits some unstable behavior when the resulting setup is run in silent mode. Specifically, on my machine it crashes Outlook 2003 100% of the time. I have not reproduced on any other machines, but am confident that it is a bug in nsExec:ExecToLog. Other nsExec functions do not exhibit the problem.

I took a look at the source code, but I am not familiar enough with C memory management or Windows messaging (2 likely culprits?) to tell where the problem is. I did notice that the LogMessage function looks less robust than another version I found in http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Nsisunz_plug-in.
