Tab titles are shifted left a bit (WinXP L&F theme)

1. When starting my app using Infonode Docking Windows
framework, and if I do not restore the serialized
layout but rather specify it in Java code
2. Tab titles are drawn shifted left a bit
3. While they should be painted correctly

It happens on Windows 2000 SP4, j2sdk1.4.2_05 (repoted
by our app user) and Windows XP SP2, j2sdk1.4.2_05
(simulated myself).
With Windows Look and Feel and Look and Feel Theme

It never happened when restoring serialized layout
(without window properties // rootWindow.write(out,
false)), only when starting afresh.
