I added some custom controls to welcome page and
changed the background to transparent in custom show
function using setCtlColors. This does not work
correctly with Luna (modern WinXP Gui).

Documentation updated with warning:

setting the background color of check boxes to "transparent"
may not function properly when using XPStlye} on. The
background may be completely black, instead of transparent,
when using certain Windows themes.

The text color is also ignored when Visual Styles are on (Windows 8)
