Since version 1.5b5 I noticed that reformatting removes
all @author tags from javadoc. In version 1.5b2 this
worked fine.

Found, In the newer version part of the changes was
enhancing the javadoc comments to support generics.
Unfourtunately this adversly effected the author, version
and serial tags. This is now corrected.

Also Interfaces now support generics in javadocs.
