missing ClearErrors in GetWindowsVersion

The function called GetWindowsVersion, which is listed
in the documentation needs the following line at the
beginning of the function:

ClearErrors

Took me several hours to figure out why the function
was not working right.. Turns out the error code was
set, and I was using NT. The function was always
returning "".

Please update the docs. Thanks.
