  • Segmentation fault at startup on Ubuntu Intrepid/amd64

    This bug is has been pushed upstream from an ubuntu bug located at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/zsnes/+bug/346155.   • WildGuns GFX bug

    I noticed a GFX bug in wildguns. First stage, the mountain in the background are flickering. I did not go further in the game, so I don't know if there are more of this kind of bug.

  • Paths not always relative to program

    The custom save paths set in ZSNES work as expected if the program is opened and a ROM is selected from within its open dialog. If a ROM is dragged to the ZSNES icon (or 'open with' is used) the saves are put into the user's home directory. I presume this is just because the relative path for ZSNES is its own folder when opened while the relative path is different when a file is dragged to...

  • Merging ipher's builds

    Since ipher's WIP page is no longer posting update to the binary builds, sourceforge site should pick up the last 'milestone' SVN builds that ipher has built, and start posting beta binaries here. In any case, it appears that ipher's ZSNES sources came from a SVN tree instead of CVS tree. Will that post problems on future development?.

  • Add turbo toggle

    I use a gamepad to play the games, and it would be REEEEAAAALLLLY nice if there was a toggle for turbo, rather than separate buttons, or even better, a setting for each button separately to either toggle or use a separate button (especially helpful in per-game setups) for games where you might want to hold a certain button while rapid-firing another one. Then I could just toggle on the turbo...
