This is a major release based on GNU Emacs 23. Large part of the code has been rewritten not only to solve the incompatibilities of the previous version with Emacs 23, but also to remove all known bugs. In the process the ZEmacs interface considerably evolved, thanks also tho several new features of Emacs 23 (like the new wrap method).
