What's happening?

You don't seem to be running PHP 4, you need at least PHP 4

hello while running it for the first time it is showing me "You don't seem to be running PHP 4, you need at least PHP 4 to run YANOCC." where as i have php 4 and 5 installed on my server. please guide.
