Comment: Display the time of a message
Time stamps would better be displayed in popup baloons, not to take place on the screen. Also these popups should contain seconds by default.

You can enable time stamps in Preferences->Text box->Enable time stamps.

channel list is not working on some server
ircd detector on src/common/proto-irc.c may misdetect ircd I got this issue from https://github.com/xchataqua/xchataqua/issues/25.

Second SSL connection failure on OS X (2.8.6, 2.8.8, svn)
OS: OS X 10.7 XChat version: 2.8.6 from XChat Aqua, 2.8.8 from Macport gtk (port install xchat2 +ssl), svn1506 from XChat Aqua Regardless of server, first ssl connection is success but second one is not with X509_V_ERR_CERT_UNTRUSTED.
