These is a bug in the DimensionalAspectModel that prevented facts from having their dimensional
aspect values recorded properly as new dimensional aspect values were discovered.
The dimensional aspect type is not being constructed correctly when new dimensional aspects are added to a dimensional aspect model.
This prevents multiple facts with the same aspect value for a dimensional aspect...
