All you need to do is to download the latest wxdsgn devpak. It contains a compile version of the plugin and should copy itself over your existing plugin (wxdsgn.bpl). You can get it via Tools->Check for Updates.

Tony, I looked at your changes in the code, and they look like they are good. Not sure if I can plug in the plug-in without compiling the code? If I need to compile it myself, I was not able to set up the development environment, looks like key codes are no longer available for Delphi 6 PE (at least not legally). If I do not need to compile it then I'll need a little guidance to make it...

While dragging the property inspector, an error box popped up and invited me to submit a bug report. Pressing "continue" on the report dialog caused another bug report dialog to appear. Problem does not always occur (the dreaded words). Other programs running at the same time: Diskeeper, SageTV(resting waiting for program time, not displaying or recording), Avanquest Fix-it utilities version...

Here is how to recreate the bug.
I install wxDevCpp 7.2 or even 7.0 accepting all default parameters. Didn't try earlier versions.
I then copy the 'Program Files/Dev-Cpp' folder into 'C:\AA\AA\PortableApps\wxDev-C++Portable\App\Dev-Cpp'
In the new Dev-Cpp, I create run.bat with the following content:
devcpp.exe -c ..\..\Data\Settings\
I run run.bat
I get the wxDevCpp First Run configuration...

Tried the file you created dated 26/10. I still have the same problem in the [CompilerSets_0] section of devcpp.ini, the Cpp= ... line is truncated after the 2047th character.
