I shouldn't have to select who I am every time. Add a cookie to store my username and auto-select the drop-down for work-shifter at load time. This is like four lines of code and will save everyone using the system at least a minute a week.

Basically, whenever my computer tries to load the page to change permanent workshifts, Firefox totally seizes up. I have both partially (keeping all of my bookmarks, etc) and fully reinstalled Firefox - neither of which fixed the problem.
This problem does not occur when using Chrome, but some incompatibility with Chrome makes it so...

1. When adding someone to the house list there would be the option to add them as a boarder, such that you could define how many hours they'd owe when adding them to the list.
2. Have all pages that list workshifts (editing a week, or printing out signoff sheets, etc.) sort chronologically by time and day rather than sorted alphabetically within each day.
