Which version were you using? 4.1, 5.0, 5.1 ?
Not sure what I did in May, think it was tagging 5.0 beta and starting 5.1 alpha. Been some changes to 5.1 since then though.
Im afraid the installation instructions are a bit out of date.
But a good start is "how to code and build":

and "how to deploy" (although it is 4.x based)...

Just came across this script again after testing it out a year ago. I see there 18 new files added on 5/21/2009.... although I'm not sure what to do with them?? Are there installation instructions anywhere?.
