WinKeyLock tries to create its .ini file in the same folder that the .exe is located in. This is generally a bad idea, since this folder might not be writeable. Please consider using %APPDATA% or alike.

Yes this is possible and probably simple. But I'm not sure when I'm
going to have a time to do this.
