I am also compiling the source code with Visual C++ 6.0 on windows XP professional. Are there compiler adjustments that need to be made?

I am running a touch screen device with Windows CE .Net Version 4.2. I am using a usb key to upload the executable file onto the systems industrial compact flash. I've made some changes to the code which may be useful
for others, including:
1. Fixed the colours in 16-bit TrueColor (as in another
patch)
2. Added 8-bit TrueColor mode so that clients forcing
8-bit mode dynamically will work
3. Mouse pointer isn't constantly rewritten when
nothing changes
4. Input-loop timeout would cause errors and crashing
