FFTSCREENER is programmed and compiled with MATLAB R2008a and R2011a. FFTscreener makes extensive use of Matlab API and functions. Due to this, it's necessary to have the Matlab compiler runtime (MCR) installed. If You've got Matlab on your PC, you can run the MCR installed in your Matlab folder. This procedure is only once in your PC- lifetime necessary. The MCR is than valid and reachable for all exe- files compiled with Matlab. In this case it's sufficent to download the FFTscreener.zip or FFTscreener.exe file. If you not have installed Matlab, than you have to downlaod the FFTscreener package file. This includes a self extracting Matlab compiler runtime and the FFTscreener as well. As the MCR is really huge (420MB), you should only download the package file, if you really need the MCR.
