Depends on who's owning the folder. Try 755 or 777 if it doesn't solve it. If you still get the error, try editing the file as I suggested in my first post.

Are the permissions for the downloads folder (0745) correct?
What else can I do to rectify this?.

the torrent stop after a time,
then l most press pause and then start.
if l press stop and then start the torrent will re-download all data.. :/.

Yes, I do get all the files listed AOK. All download page functionality works AOK as far as I can tell. It's just that verbose "Warning:" message.
I do have full rights to the download directory; the permissions right now are 0745.

You can change line 91 in inc/class/hdc.class.php from "fclose($dopen);" to "@fclose($dopen);", but I would rather try to solve the issue other wise.
Do you get any files listed? what if you click on a directory, does it work? do you have proper rights for the download directory?.

They indicate torrent status with same meaning as other torrent clients. Green means it's running and working. Red means not connected.

I have the solution.
The torrent name was long and to many characters.
When im rename the torrent name to eg.: a.torrent then going god.
