Easy to install and works flawlessly. Great volunteer management tool. Hallcp obviously has no idea what he is doing.

Couldn't get it to run. Instead of <?php they have many places where there is simply <? There were way too many of these to fix by hand and there's no way to run it on my server as-is. Installation instructions were just so-so. They rely too heavily on an automated install process that crashes when everything is not just so. It would be better to simply edit a config file by hand. Too bad, this looked like the most promising of the "volunteer" apps on sourceforge. The others were either broken completely or lacked much functionality.
