What version of Vtk is Visu built against?
It does not seem to be the current release & I can find no source for older versions.

Version 0.1.3 was just released, featuring improved camera motion and transparency support for color scales.
Warning: the command line options W, H and D had been replaced with X, Y and Z, which is much more consistent with the implementation.
