- update to jQuery 1.9.1

	- add a radio field named "undefined", to distinguish between doubtful and not yet analyzed terms
	- terms are sorted according to the current locale of the running system
 	- more robust handling of "'" (mainly for French)
 	- more robust handling of Windows text files in Linux (crlf and BOM)
	
- valiterms_interaction.js
  	- handling of the "undefined" field (require an interface generated by valiterms_generate.pl 2012-11-21
 	- fix a bug where local storage is emptied before confirmation
 	- re-enable confirmation dialog before submit

	 - more explicit error message where fields are missing (max_input_vars)
