This is a tool! Like any tool it can be misused. The internet can be used to do great things or bring great harm.
I moderate an online community for a non-profit and it is IMPOSSIBLE to stop vigilant users from abusing our community without something like this. DEA's make it sooooo easy to create fake accounts which means we cannot enforce the rules of our community and hence cannot protect...
