libumem

Moved to http://labs.omniti.com/trac/portableumem/ A port of the Solaris libumem memory allocator to other platforms. It provides runtime creation of slabs with per-cpu caching to reduce cpu contention during memory allocation.

I have used this library to allocate memory for my application using LD_PRELOAD option. I am used to mdb in solaris. Could someone tell me how to view memory usage in Linux after using this LIBUMEM port to allocate memory.
