Knippers, I googled you finding an email address and sent you a graphic but I have not heard back so I'm assuming I found an old email address. Please post one so I know where to send you the screen shot. thanks, Jim.

I am not sure if I follow you. But RDM does use the default installed RDP client on windows. Do you also get the unknown host error if you setup the connection via mstsc.exe? If so I can probably not do much for you. If not can you send me (via mail) some more info (like screenshot) I might be able to see what is going on.

  • stop unknow host message

Hello, Every time I select one of my rdp sessions I get the warning about an unkown host. If I select do not show next time it still comes back when using RemoteDesktopManager. I'm not sure if this started with an upgrade to RDP or moving to windows 7 RC. Is there any way to have the do not show this message again really stick? thanks, Jim.

  • Followup: RE: Import of connections

Alright, that helps :) Indeed I did try to drag&drop the RDP files, but I tried to let go in the tree area - and there it does not work. Thanks!

Import is actually even simpler. Just drag&drop the RDP files onto RDM. If you drop another RDM file it will even take over the RDM specific options. For regular RDP files you will have to set the specifics yourself.

  • Import of connections

Hi Team, is there a way to import the connections? I am using to PC's at work and would like to share the connections between them. I found the export function, but this is only half way :) Thanks! Daniel.
