  • Works as intended, and perfectly. When setting the time, use GMT.
  • For the person who said it could be malware I decompiled it does not. I works fine but you could definitely open-source it

It is open source. The sourcecode is here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/touchforwindows/files/touchforwindows/
  • Where is the source code? How are we supposed to know whether this is malware?

  • Hi! for the concerns about touch not accepting wildcards or folders, it is this way by design. This touch implementation was written to narrowly follow the Single UNIX Specification. For the user saying there is no source code, the source is provided in the source package. the Source and Binary releases were released separately. Thanks for all the feedback. - n.
  • Nice software . Thanks for sharing.
  • "touch *.*" doesn't work in XP. "touch *" doesn't work either. Useless.
  • No source code, it is not free software.

  • Doesn't seem to support wildcards. :(
  • I tried to update the date/timestamps on several folders. In every case, I got the following message: Cannot open ... Error: 5 So, I'd say that this is not yet usable. Dr. Phillip M. Feldman
