Tivia Core is a set of API's,a database API, a Settings API, a Template API and a User API, along with some functions to convert an link into a mod_rewrite link and get file types & extensions.
I've been real busy lately and I'm going to actuall work on this again soon and hopefully have an alpha available.

The first release will be up soon, just need to fix a few things, change some stuff in it, and work up a little how-to on using it in scripts...
In a week or two, the first Beta of Tivia Core will be released.
